Presented by the Colorado Water Conservation Board, Federal Emergency Management Agency, US Army Corps of Engineers, and other Silver Jackets partners.
Two all-day workshops on advanced foodplain management topics oriented for local, regional and state officials concerned with emergency management and food risk management. The workshop topics include regulating development in unmapped areas, permit considerations for substantial improvements, the role of the floodplain administrator in a food disaster, 2D modeling, pre-disaster planning and more.
