Presented by the Colorado Water Conservation Board, Colorado Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Mangement, the US Army Corps of Engineers Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory and other Colorado Silver Jackets Partners.
Two all day workshops on ice-jams and ice-affected flooding oriented for lcoal, regional and state officials concerned with emergency management and flood risk management.
